Thanks for this information but I’m having issues on the phone number i used to register for BVN, it’s been lost for 2years now and I didn’t bother to retrieve it and it’s been sold to another customer what can I do?? I want to get access to a loan and a verification code was sent to the number I used to register for my BVN as it’s the requirement needed for me to be granted the loan.

      If you wish to have your current phone number linked to your account, kindly visit your bank and request for customer information update. You’ll have to provide your preferred phone number for transaction alert purposes.

      However, to access your old line for the purpose of the loan as mentioned and strictly attached to your bvn line, kindly seek cancel from your bank. You may as well have to visit or contact your network provider for further directives.
